From loss to restoration
Dutch nature is under pressure: 80-90% of biodiversity has been lost, with negative consequences for both humans and nature.
Regenerative methods are becoming more popular, and we long to reconnect with nature and contribute to it's restoration. But change is not always easy. At the same time, our environment demands space for living, farming and recreation.
With VELD, we bring the needs of nature, people and the environment together, in a single place where they reinforce each other. We offer regenerative recreation, education and connection, in the middle of a wilderness area, accessible to everyone. Where we create positive impact on people, nature and environment.

VELD is in bud! The plan is there, so is the ambition. Our network is growing rapidly and enthusiasm is high. The next step is to obtain and finance a location. These steps are inextricably linked. That is why we are looking for partner-investors, who will play an involved role both financially and with knowledge, network and support in bringing VELD to fruition.

I am Anne-Marijn, founder of VELD. Based on the conviction that caring for nature and ourselves are inseparable, I want to contribute to a consciousness in which we see ourselves as part of nature again and live joyfully accordingly.
Together with a dedicated team of experts in nature restoration, architecture and hospitality, I work to develop and implement VELD. Their knowledge and experience are vital to realizing this vision.
